Whether you want to know more about what I do, how it all works, or why it matters for what you want to accomplish, I’ve got answers.
About My Services
-
It’s helpful but not necessary. As part of the mentoring process, I’m here to fill in any knowledge gaps you have. However, you do need some basic computer and internet skills.
-
Absolutely! If you already have a website, we’ll take a look at what you have and what your goals are, then structure your 8-week mentorship around achieving them.
-
This is not a done-for-you web-building service. My mentorship provides step-by-step guidance and structure to support you through the process of building your own website. As a mentor, I share the professional knowledge, experience, and insights I’ve gained over the course of my career to give you the foundational education and confidence needed to handle your website by yourse.f

Mentorship is currently only available as a one-on-one program.
Process & Structure
-
Mentorship lasts for 8 weeks. This includes 6 weeks of structured guidance through the website planning process, a flex week to make up for any delays (because life happens!) or spending extra time on a particular area where you need more support, and a wrap-up week to review your progress.
-
Mentorship takes place over Discord, so we’ll mostly communicate via text-based chats. Every week, you have the option to schedule a voice or video call if you need it. Details on communication times are given as part of new client onboaring.
-
That’s exactly what the Website Planning for Creatives Workbook is for! If you don’t need a lot of external support and feedback as you go along, you can work through the workbook at your own pace. The mentorship program includes access to the workbook, which we work through together.
-
You can reach out to me any time for feedback on your website. Response time will vary depending on my availability. Priority is given to past clients. If I don’t respond within two weeks, you can try again at a later time.
Website & Technical Support
-
Some basic technical literacy is required. If you’re comfortable using technology (including Discord, website builders, and Google Docs), can download and upload files, and have basic computer/internet skills, you’re a good fit for mentorship.
-
I’ve personally built websites for writers and artists using WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix. You can use any website platform you like, but these are my specialities.
-
During mentorship, we’ll go over your brand’s visual identity to make sure it aligns with your vision. I may offer assistance in creating some assets, like a logo, or help you understand what to look for in a professional brand designer if you’d like to outsource all your creative design needs.
-
Yep! I do them all.
-
Absolutely! Mentorship includes an introduction to SEO, what to focus on when you’re just starting out, and what your next steps are when you’re ready for a more advanced strategy.
